Job Description

Design of electrical systems under the guidance of a professional engineer including: electrical distribution, grounding, back-up power, general power distribution, lighting design and control as well as fire alarm and lightning protection systems.Perform system design calculations and analyze electrical distribution options under the guidance of a Senior EngineerReview and learn relative building codes and standards.Prepare design documents to detail the power, lighting and fire alarm systems drawingCoordinate work with architect and engineers of other disciplines.Prepare schematics, one-line diagrams, contract documents, and reports.Experience designing electrical distribution, grounding, back-up power, general power distribution, lighting design and control as well as fire alarm and lightning protection systemsProject type experience include healthcare, data centers, central plants, municipals, etc...This person needs experience with Infrastructure projects

Qualifications

P.E (Professional Engineer)Revit ExperienceSelf-motivated and enjoys collaborative problem solving.Good planning, organizational and communications skills.Interests in sustainable and innovative approach to design.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $80.00/hr.
