Summary: Seeking an Electrical Engineer with expertise in industrial machine controls, PLC programming, and AutoCAD proficiency for custom project development and execution.

Requirements:

BSEE/BSEET degree required 5+ years of experience in custom industrial machine controls and programming Proficiency with AutoCAD Experience with PLC programming (AB or Siemens) Reside within a 60-mile radius of Huntersville, NC

Preferred Skills:

Experience in creating cabinet/panel drawings, BOMs, schematics, one-line diagrams, PI&D diagrams Ability to select and size electrical components such as circuit breakers, fuses, cables, and wires Knowledge in selecting and integrating safety components (safety relays, safety PLCs) Familiarity with HMI hardware selection and programming Competence in vision system hardware selection and programming (Cognex, Keyence, Banner) Skill in selecting and programming stepper/servo motors and controller hardware

Responsibilities:

Interface with Mechanical Engineers, Project Manager(s), and customers throughout the project lifecycle Assist in concept development and pricing for proposals Conduct supplier evaluations, risk assessments, and customer presentations Ensure total quality of products Assist with CAPAs and process improvement activities

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
