Electrical Engineer
Job Title: Electrical Engineer Job Description We are seeking a Electrical Engineer to support our Integrated Communications Systems Group division. This role involves supporting the Hawkeye E2D aircraft communication. You will apply engineering design in digital circuits, analog circuits, and digital audio circuits to meet product requirements for performance, packaging, environmental conditions, and verification testing. You will work collaboratively with multiple engineering groups and teams, participate in various stages of system development, and coordinate with business partners, clients, and stakeholders. Responsibilities + Apply engineering design in digital circuits, analog circuits, and digital audio circuits. + Meet product requirements for performance, packaging, environmental conditions, and verification testing. + Work with multiple engineering groups and teams from hardware, mechanical, firmware, FPGA, and software engineering. + Participate in concept, design/development, fabrication, test, integration, installation, operation, and maintenance of systems. + Coordinate, conduct, and meet with business partners, clients, and stakeholders. + Split time 50/50 between design, lab troubleshooting, and client interfacing. + Participate in proposals, conceptual redesign to meet customer requirements, technical volume preparation, and cost estimation. Essential Skills + BS in Electrical Engineering or relevant degree. + 5+ years of electrical engineering design and development experience. + Experience in Mixed Signal Design (preferably with Altium). + Experience in Analog and Digital circuit design. + Knowledge or experience with embedded software. + Customer interfacing experience. + Experience supporting DoD or related government agency programs. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with EMI/EMC or TEMPEST. + Experience with C/C++, VHDL, and LabView. + Experience in wireless communications. You will lead and mentor two technicians, including one junior/mid-level electrical engineer. The role is 100% onsite, emphasizing a strong company cultur. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $72.12 - $86.54/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
