Electrical circuit design and wiring diagrams
Lighting layout design and associated controls systems for Commercial
Applications
Electrical Panel Load calculations including voltage drops, loading, conductor
sizing, conduit sizing, etc.
Photometric design calculations.
Plan development using AutoCAD and Revit on occasion
Performing field verification and measurements
Electrical fixture evaluation, selection, and specifications
Shop Drawing Submittal Reviews
Coordination with Project Team to meet project deliverable deadlines
Specification writing/review
Problem Solving and coordination with Electrical Contractors and Municipal
Inspectors
Performing design for other electrical features related to various Site Planning
project needs
NOTES: This person will be the 2nd EE on their team. They have a Sr. EE PE that this person will work with on a daily basis, and will take full direction from him. 80% of their projects are larger commercial/retail projects (Kroger, Dunkin, etc) , and 20% are either multi-family or industrial projects. They will train the person on Revit if they don't have experience with it. They offer Monday and Friday as hybrid option days, and this person would need to travel occasionally to job sites.

MUST HAVES:
BSEE or Architectural Engineering
1 plus year of experience with building/construction based Electrical Engineering work
AutoCAD skills
Power Distribution and/or lighting design experience
BONUS:
EIT or PE
Retail or Commercial project experience
Controls Systems Design experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
