About the Opportunity

Nuclear Power Programmes are delivering client critical works to some of our major UK and European Projects. Our embedded teams are delivering support to Hinkley Point C (New build power station in the South West), Sizewell C (located in the South East), helping develop technologies in SMR (Small modular Reactor) capability and working towards building Poland's first Nuclear Power station.

Working in both client facing and internal roles we are delivering major programme and project management capabilities throughout the project lifecycle. We are driving to deliver safe, high quality and to time solutions by thinking innovatively and working collaboratively.

Jacobs are seeking Electrical Engineers to work as part of our embedded Teams supporting the Hinkley Point C Project.  Our team will support you and develop you in the role, even if you haven’t experienced all aspects of this type of role previously. This is a full-time role responsible for delivery of discipline engineering scope on a major EPC project (typical TIC £500m ). 

We are looking for adaptable and organised Electrical Engineers and Control & Instrument Engineers at any stage of their careers to join the team. We focus on providing support to the existing nuclear generation fleet, nuclear new build and future reactor designs, but we also support EC&I activities across the whole Jacobs business.
