OPEN TO ENTRY LEVEL ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS**
Job Description
Responsible for applying knowledge of electrical/control systems to determine adequately design/control processes to producing 2D drawings and 3D models of electrical equipment and schematics to meet customer specifications.
ResponsibilitiesRead and Understand controls drawings and “red-lines”Understand configuration control process and revision processRead and understand controls specificationsCreate and modify controls drawings for electrical components and schematicsUnderstand information and transfer of informationCollaborate with other departments to ensure prompt and effective problem-solvingCorrect Drawing errors and omissionsAssures project schedules and goals are achieved.Communicates and interfaces with various departments to ensure project requirements are met.Performs other related duties as assigned by management.Essential SkillsProficiency in Inventor.1+ years of experience in Controls Design.Experience with loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, and ladder logic.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to read and interpret electrical/controls diagrams.Working knowledge of PLC based control system design, that include PLC’s (programmable logic controllers).Familiarity with power circuits including VFD’s and motor starters.Outstanding time-management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while meeting deadlines.Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities.Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 software; AutoCAD Electrical, Autodesk Inventor, and Vault ExperienceWork EnvironmentHybrid work scheduleThis position works under general supervision of the Controls Engineering Manager and Controls EngineerPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
