Description:
\t\t\t\t\tIn accordance with client expectations and applicable professional standards, lead EE's will design small to large projects assuring completion.- Coordinate and review work of engineers, designers, and interns and CAD Drafters. - Mentoring Electrical staff providing oversight and work preformed by team.- Construction Documents- CA field observation reports- Prepare, develop, and edit specifications. - Visit construction sites as required for observation, answering contractor questions, or representing the owner in preparing punch lists. - Presentation- Refine and develop planning and design concepts for more complex projects. - Establish and maintain project staffing requirements consistent with contractual obligations. - Follow and enforce quality control procedures.- Coordinate with consultants- Review RFP's and determines submission requirements
