Electrical Engineer II

We’re looking for a problem-solver with expertise in electrical design, motors, and embedded systems, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven to innovate. You’ll be responsible for conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing technical support across multiple departments. This role also offers the opportunity for occasional travel to customer sites—both domestically and globally.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety and electrical engineering standards Analyze customer challenges and develop innovative solutions Apply Six Sigma tools for structured root cause analysis Perform system-level testing and validation for reliability and performance Provide technical support to production, quality, sales, and operations teams Design and develop test frameworks, including manual and automated test fixtures Drive engineering investigations alongside service and lab technicians Create technical documentation, manuals, and application notes   Who You Are:

You persist in the face of challenges and setback.     For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering Three to five years of experience in the field of electric actuators, oil and gas, rotating equipment, manufacturing, or related industries Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically Thorough understanding of electronic circuits, printed circuit boards, and electrical systems involving induction and BLDC motors  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Six Sigma Green Belt Basic understanding of microcontroller-based system, PLC programming and firmware development process
