Production and Operations Support: Assist in optimizing production lines and troubleshooting equipment issues to ensure performance meets productivity and safety standards.Project Contributions: Participate in key projects to drive operational improvements and achieve strategic campus goals.Engineering Analysis: Conduct economic and fundamental engineering analyses, including electrical, dynamics, fluid mechanics, and thermodynamics, to improve systems and processes.Equipment Maintenance and Diagnostics: Read equipment manuals, diagnose issues, perform repairs, and test and adjust systems to maintain optimal functionality.Process and Equipment Evaluation: Detect faulty operations, recommend improvements to equipment design, and support maintenance initiatives to enhance reliability.Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data and prepare proposals, presentations, and technical reports to guide decision-making and process improvements.Documentation and Communication: Create detailed documentation for processes and findings, effectively communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.What You Bring:
Education: Current enrollment in bachelor’s Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical) degree program with an anticipated graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026. GPA of 3.0+ preferred. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Demonstrated leadership skills, solid interpersonal skills, displays initiative, and takes ownership of work. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
