Summary: Seeking an Electrical Engineer (PCB Design) specializing in hardware design and development, including component selection, schematic capture, and PCB layout support.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
8+ years of experience in hardware design and development
Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., Cadence Orcad, Cadence Allegro)
Preferred Skills:
Experience with DO-254 certification process
Experience with environmental testing standards (e.g., thermal, shock & vibration)
Experience with MIL-STD-1553 and ARINC-429
Knowledge of Multi Chip Module (MCM) designs
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of circuit card assemblies (CCAs)
Create and execute test plans, perform simulations, and validate hardware designs
Collaborate with mechanical engineers, IP developers, and other stakeholders
Troubleshoot and debug hardware issues during development and production phases
Analyze and improve circuit card designs for performance, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability
Pay:130K-170K
