Electrical Engineer PE - REMOTE
Electrical Engineer

Job Description: 

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with 15-20 years of experience. The ideal candidate must have a Professional Engineer (PE) license, as they will be responsible for stamping drawings. This position is available immediately, but we are also open to candidates who can start in January. Revit experience is a plus but not required. No leadership experience is necessary.

Project Leadership:

Oversee and manage electrical engineering projects from inception to completion.Ensure all projects meet technical specifications and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and project stakeholders.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Experience: Extensive experience in electrical engineering, particularly in commercial design, with a proven track record of leading projects.Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit (not mandatory), and other relevant tools; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and leadership abilities.Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license is required. Other relevant certifications are a plus but not required.

Requirements:

Ability to work independently.Demonstrated leadership in current or previous roles.Strong client interaction and project management skills.

Benefits/perks:

Pay Range: $120K - $132K (20+ years of experience) – up to $148K.Work Environment: Can be fully remote or hybrid is near an office Benefits: Excellent benefits package including fully paid health, dental, vision, 401k, and paid holidays. 250 hours of PTO. Flexible work hours and good culture.Additional Perks: Office closed between Christmas Eve and New Year's. Work Environment:

If local, the role may involve traveling to site visits, so candidates must be comfortable with driving.

Projects: healthcare, hyperscale data center, science & technology, higher education, K-12, governmental/civic, industrial/manufacturing, and other markets. 

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $57.00 - $72.00
