You will be an Electrical Engineer at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control \(MFC\), joining a network of engineering professionals implementing cutting\-edge technologies on both existing and new development platforms\. Our team is responsible for designing, developing, and manufacturing advanced products for military customers, including the U\.S\. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, NASA, and dozens of foreign allies\.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring technical excellence, leading tasks to completion, and communicating technical status and issues to internal and external stakeholders\.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Work with the Production Operations team to produce hardware
• Ensure technical excellence for assigned tasks
• Lead tasks to completion on schedule, budget, and implementation \(as applicable\)
• Communicate technical status and issues to program leadership, technical leadership, and functional leadership, as well as to external customers
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver high\-quality results

MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. The selected candidate must have a secret clearance with Investigation or CV date within 5 years\.
**Basic Qualifications:**
\- Experience in electrical hardware design for both development and production phases in aerospace or a similar industry\.
\- Ability to interpret and read complex electrical schematics for circuit cards assemblies \(CCA\)\.
\- Experience using electrical/electronic test equipment such as DMMs, Oscilloscopes, and automated testing equipment for troubleshooting circuit card assemblies and other electrical hardware\.
\- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast\-paced, team\-oriented environment\.
\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite \(Excel, Word, PowerPoint\)\.
\- Detail\-oriented with a focus on process and quality\.
\- Ability to travel approx\. 20% of time domestically\.
\- Candidate shall have active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a SAP clearance\.
**Desired Skills:**
\- Candidate will need to be able to obtain MRBE status with the appropriate training/mentoring\.
\- Experience working failure investigation, root cause and corrective action\.
\- Familiarity with board, firmware and power designs and how changes impact system level capabilities\.
\- Experience working with suppliers and leading suppliers during technical issue investigation\.
\- Previous experience in a Material Review Board \(MRB\) role, particularly in a production setting\.
\- Experience working non\-conformance disposition of hardware for production\.
\- Candidate having Secret clearance with security investigation within the last 5yrs\.
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
