Job Title: Electrical Engineering Hardware Manager

Job Description

Lead and mentor the team responsible for the development of design concepts and architectures to support current and future launch vehicles. Identify tasks and resources required to meet company objectives, develop schedules for completion, track progress against schedules, and make corrections when necessary. Work with outside vendors and contractors to improve their performance against design requirements and schedule. Contribute directly to Avionics hardware development tasks, potentially including circuit design, harness design, and/or systems integration.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $200000.00 - $200000.00/yr.

Stock from day 1, bonus, growing company- major mission is going to the moon right now; has two other missions already under contract

This is a fully onsite position in Leander,TX.
