As an Intern working in electrical engineering, you will work with a team to apply your knowledge and gain experience with one or more of the following: 

Electronic warfare, antennas/electromagnetics, sensors/radar, photonics, and signal processing.Communications, SIGINT, spectrum, and position, navigation, and timing (PNT).Rapid electronic and hardware prototyping, advanced manufacturing, design, mechanical and reliability analysis.

Basic Qualifications:

Must be a student enrolled full-time pursuing an accredited degree seeking program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related degree program and continue to be enrolled full-time the semester following the internship.Sustained excellence in academic performanceKnowledge of electrical engineering theory and one or more of the following: digital signal processing, wireless communications, RF/EM, sensors and antennas, power systems, and software architecture and design.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience having applied electrical engineering learning to an internship or research/lab position.Experience with robotics or small uncrewed aerial systems design and testing."Hands-on" skills in at least one or more programming language.Demonstrated interest in serving the public.Demonstrated interest in growing domain knowledge.Demonstrated interest in working on a team.Areas of interest include robotics and autonomous systems expertise/ experience, radio communications, and independent evaluation.
