Title: Electrical Engineering Manager Location: Rancocas, NJ Type: Direct/Perm Great opportunity to lead and develop an electrical engineering team! This role offers hands-on leadership in designing power generation and control systems for industrial melting furnace systems. You’ll oversee projects, mentor engineers, and ensure compliance with industry standards—all while working with cutting-edge Rockwell AB and Siemens PLC platforms. Responsibilities: + Manage and mentor the electrical engineering team, fostering growth and technical development. + Lead the design and implementation of control systems, PLC programming, and power supply components for industrial melting furnaces. + Ensure all electrical designs meet OSHA, NFPA, NEC, and other regulatory requirements. + Oversee department activities, establish priorities, and assign staff to projects. + Collaborate cross-functionally and travel to customer sites as needed. Requirements: + B.S. in Electrical Engineering + 10+ years of industrial experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role. + Strong understanding of Rockwell AB and Siemens PLC platforms for programming and control system design. + Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. + Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. + Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
