Electrical Engineering Technologist
Job Title: Electrical Engineering TechnologistJob Description

The Electrical Engineering Technologist will be responsible for the implementation and improvement of existing electronic products and processes for energy products. We seek an ambitious, self-starting individual willing to learn and work independently to troubleshoot PCBA and controller assemblies. You will perform circuit board and controller repairs as identified throughout the manufacturing/testing process using test equipment and visual inspection per IPC Standards. Responsibilities include deep diving into, troubleshooting, and identifying root causes of production failures in PCBA and controller assemblies. You will also handle circuit board and controller rework/repair for small day-to-day quantities and potential larger quantity rework projects. Additionally, you will report on common trends and findings with root cause analysis of failures, both internal and external to the department, and communicate trending product issues to operators, manufacturing support, and design engineering staff.
