Your Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our team, you will:

- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and develop cost estimates at every design stage—from initial concepts to finalized plans.

- Performing detailed quantity take offs and pricing for cost estimates for all stages of design

- Client facing with General Contractors and handling some construction documents like RFI's

- Must be an excellent communicator as you will be tasked with site walk throughs with clients

- Pricing for HVAC, Fire Alarm, and solar systems for commercial and some ground up residential projects

- Providing detailed takeoffs

Your Qualifications:

Entry Level:

- 2-4 years experience.

- Experience supporting commercial and residential project types.

- Construction field experience overseeing a project and skilled trades on site.

- Client facing experience

Senior Level:

- 10 years of experience.

- Proficiency using estimating software such as Accubid, Planswift, or Bid2Win.

- Experience supporting commercial and residential project types.

- Ability to lead a team

- Client facing experience.
