Job Description:

Electrical Engineers conduct a broad range of inspection, engineering and supervisory tasks in support of in-house test, installation, start-up and service/repair of the full range of industrial equipment.

 

Must-Have's:

Background in Electrical EngineeringField Service Engineering experience working with motor controlled hydraulic and pneumatic industrial machines preferable but not mandatoryAbility to/ willingness to learn troubleshoot PLCsProficient with reading electrical schematics and blue printsStrong communication to assist companies with install of new equipmentKnowledgeable in writing project plans, test plans and equipment manuals. Ability to travel 70% of the time

Qualifications: 

BS Degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred; previous experience in the field (preferred)Extensive travel of up to 70% both domestically and internationally.The ability to direct and supervise the work of contractors and/or customer personnel during installation and erection of equipment. The ability to work effectively in a customer facing, on-site role with minimal supervision.Produce and maintain detailed work records such as Test Plans, Project Plans and Equipment Manuals.The ability to direct and supervise the work of contractors and/or customer personnel during installation and erection of equipment.  About Actalent
