**Job Title: Electrical Foreman Hampton Roads area** **Job Description** We are seeking 4-5 experienced commercial electricians with foreman experience to join our team. This position requires a working foreman who is equally capable of leading a crew and performing hands-on electrical work. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a crew of up to 10 people and meet typical commercial electrician requirements from day one. **Responsibilities** + Lead and manage a crew of up to 10 electricians. + Perform hands-on electrical work, including bending and running conduit up to 4 inches. + Read and interpret blueprints accurately. + Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. **Essential Skills** + At least 5 years of experience as a commercial electrician. + Ability to bend and run conduit up to 4 inches. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. + Journeyman or Master's license is preferred but not required. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in construction, conduit, conduit bending, blueprint reading, wire pulling, and industrial electrical work. + Must provide own tools. + Willingness to join the Union. **Why Work Here?** We offer Union benefits once permanent.
