**Job Title: Electrical Foreman**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee the planning and implementation of large electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial electrical work and a proven track record of managing teams to successful project completion.
**Responsibilities**
+ Supervise and lead a team of electricians in the execution of electrical projects.
+ Plan and implement large electrical projects from start to finish.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications.
+ Coordinate and oversee conduit installation, cable pulling, and wire layout.
+ Manage the installation of panels, switchboards, and fire alarm systems.
+ Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2 to 10 years of experience in electrical work, preferably with commercial projects.
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
+ Experience with conduit installation (EMT, PVC, ENT).
+ Skilled in wire pulling, pipe work, and under slab concrete work.
+ Knowledge of switch and plugging, panel work, and switchboard installation.
+ Strong understanding of fire alarm systems.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High-rise building experience is a plus.
+ Previous supervisory or foreman experience is preferred.
+ Strong organizational and leadership skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Work Environment**
Work in a fast-paced, commercial construction environment. Utilize advanced electrical tools and technologies. Standard work hours apply, with occasional overtime as needed. Adhere to a dress code that ensures safety and professionalism on the job site.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Whippany, New Jersey.
