**Aerotek's client is looking for an Electrical Foreman to join their team in the Hunt Valley, MD area** **The ideal candidate will perform all electrical tasks while overseeing a crew, possess a Journeyman license, and demonstrate experience beyond that of an electrical apprentice.** + This role involves both hands-on work (80%) and administrative tasks (20%). + Responsibilities include installing feeders and branch circuits, wiring and conduit sizing, switchgear and panelboard installation, fire alarm systems installation, layout preparation, underground layout and rough-in, troubleshooting motors and controls, mentoring apprentice electricians, and fully understanding electrical theory and the NFPA 70 National Electrical Code. **Skills** + Journeyman license + Read blueprints + Terminate cable + Install and troubleshoot control wiring + Install feeders and branch circuits + Wire and conduit sizing + Switchgear, panelboard, lighting, and device installation and termination + Fire alarm systems installation and termination + Layout and preparation for installation + Underground layout and rough-in + Motor and controls troubleshooting + Electrical theory + NFPA 70 National Electrical Code **Work Environment** Will be working at schools and rec centers. **_Qualified candidates will be given a call within 48 hours of submitting an application_** **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
