Job Description - Oversees and coordinates daily work activities. - Trains and supervises staff. - Procures materials and performs material take-offs. - Monitors manpower usage and provides forecasts to management. - Get hands-on and "in the weeds" with team when necessary - Advises on-site personnel on best practices and installation techniques. - Liaises with clients. - Maintains daily, weekly, and monthly job reports. - Ensures on-site safety as the first line of defense. - Collaborates with the manager to update schedules. - Informs management of potential change orders and delays.
