Electrical Foreman

**Looking to manage electricians and industrial construction projects?** We're searching for a Foreman Electrician to support our Specialty Construction division, an integral part of what makes us one of the fastest growing companies! TAI’s Electrical Field Services division provides quality support to assure the reliability of Industrial Electrical Systems including installs, maintenance and troubleshooting repairs.
**Projects variety examples:**
+ Troubleshooting transformers and generation systems at a Food & Beverage site.
+ Diagnose and correct electrical malfunctions for the clean room of an international pharmaceutical manufacturer.
**Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:**
+ Install, maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems including installing conduit and wirings, motors, instrumentation, recording devices, starters and temporary wiring setups.
+ Manage Electrical projects; tracking time, materials, expenses, job safety, etc.
+ Ensure projects are completed on-time and within budget.
+ Oversee a staff of three to four electricians.
+ Perform cost estimates, write proposals, and respond to client inquiries.
+ Diagnose and correct electrical malfunctions to maintain equipment in a state of operating effectiveness.
+ Maintain and repair plant instrumentation.
+ Develop wiring diagrams as necessary.
+ Use precision instrumentation such as voltmeter, ammeter, megger, wattmeter, etc.
+ Install, maintain and repair a wide variety of cranes, elevators, power doors, hoists and related equipment. Perform all aspects of maintaining overhead crane systems.
+ Complete records and inventory of supplies necessary for performance of jobs.
+ Perform preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance on electrical devices and other equipment.
+ Maintain personal work tools.
+ Perform other duties as required.
+ Conduct daily safety risk assessments on routine and non-routine job tasks.
**You'll be a perfect fit if you have:**
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ Journeyman/Master Electrician or a minimum of eight years of industrial electrical experience.
+ OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain one
+ Ability to travel to local sites.
+ Proficient in troubleshooting AC/DC control circuits and instrumentation with ability to read and interpret electrical control schematics.
+ Knowledge of National Electric Code, NFPA 70E and other applicable safety and industry codes.
**Compensation and benefits offering:**
+ Pay: $42 - $50 an hour (based on experience).
