Electrical Foreman
**Job Title: Electrical Foreman** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing crews, reading blueprints for commercial buildings, and performing various electrical tasks including bending pipe and connecting wires to components. This role requires a leader who can plan, direct, and train workers on electrical projects in commercial settings. **Responsibilities** + Run crews efficiently and effectively. + Read and interpret blueprints for commercial buildings. + Bend pipe and connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components. + Plan layout and installations of electrical wiring in buildings. + Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring. + Work on commercial building projects. + Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment, ensuring conformance to building and safety codes. + Repair or replace wiring as needed. **Essential Skills** + Ability to run crews. + Experience reading blueprints for commercial buildings. + Experience bending pipe. + Experience connecting wires to various components of commercial buildings. + Strong electrical troubleshooting skills. + Proficiency with conduit work. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Excellent communication skills with clients and internal teams, both verbally and through email and phone calls. + Ability to run smaller jobs with minimal supervision. **Why Work Here?** Join our team and take advantage of a supportive work environment that values leadership and expertise.
