**Job Title: Electrical Foreman** Pay: $58 an hour with $100 in perdiem 7 days a week **MUST HAVE MICHIGAN JOURNEYMAN'S CARD** Job Description: + Meet with superintendents and foremen daily. + Allocate people and resources. + Train employees, maintain logs, track attendance, and order materials. Responsibilities: + Oversee solar installation (piles, Nextracker/Novados, panels). + Order and manage materials. + Supervise subcontractors and handle daily operations. + Assist in safety planning and training. Essential Skills: + Experience as a Solar and Construction Foreman. + Efficient in ordering materials and reading blueprints. + Skilled in contractor/resource allocation and conducting meetings. + Knowledge in electrical leadership. They will be doing a close out project in the solar field in Albion, MI.
