Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Duty/Responsibilities % of Time Develop electrical & instrumentation drawings 60% Updating as-built drawings 30% Assist Project Construction Coordinator as needed with construction activities 5% Work with Project Planner to establish resources 5% REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Associate degree in Drafting/Design Technology or equivalent 8 years experience in electrical & instrumentation design in the process and industrial field  Excellent Auto CADD operating skills.  Field verification technique knowledge.  Understanding of electrical & instrumentation design practices and regulations  In-depth knowledge of design codes, standards and regulations (i.e., NEC,OSHA, ADA, , etc.) as may be applicable to electrical & instrumentation.  Previous manufacturing experience - particularly with process related equipment (i.e., Switch Gear, MCC, Power Panels, Instruments and I/O systems, etc.).  Capable of working independently. This position is in a manufacturing environment that requires:  The ability to ascend and descend stairs on a periodic basis.  The ability to access all areas of the plant.  This position requires working the plant core business hours.  Extended hours and weekend work required when needed to support plant activities.
