What We Offer: First Shift 401k match Health benefits Free employee meals What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in a country club or similar setting Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as walking, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, stretching, twisting, or reaching Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds Ability to perform continuous repetitive motions Ability to work in hot, humid, and noisy environments What You’ll Do as a Facility Maintenance Technician: Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on clubhouse facilities, including, plumbing, and electrical components Repair kitchen equipment, appliances, and refrigeration units such as walk-in coolers and ice machines Address minor carpentry tasks, such as repairing doors, windows, and furniture, and ensuring woodwork is in good condition Troubleshoot and fix lighting, ventilation systems, and building infrastructure issues Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, such as leaks, power outages, or equipment malfunctions Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures, including unclogging drains, fixing leaks, and replacing faucets or pipes Ensure a clean and safe working environment
