Electrical Maintenance Mechanic (1st shift)

8hr-1st Shift (United States of America)\n\nThe Electrical Maintenance Mechanic mechanic will inspect, repair, install, modify, and maintain electrical/electronic systems, circuits and other production equipment;
perform repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on, plant equipment, production machinery and facility.\n\nEssential Function - Roles/Responsibilities\n• Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies.\n• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, electrical power supply and control circuits.\n• Troubleshoot, locate root problems and repair blow molders, baggers & support equipment.\n• Program and troubleshoot PLC systems.\n• Perform mold, pin and other mechanical changes.\n• Maintain machines in optimal processing condition.\n• Perform hydraulic checks and changes on valves, hoses and pumps.\n• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all related equipment.\n• Perform welding and fabrication as needed.\n• Solicit information and feedback from other departments toward repair and efficient operation of machines.\n• Other duties as assigned by management.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n\nMinimum Requirements\nBasic mathematical skills are required.\nBasic computer experience.\nThe EGEM must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, forms, and memos and complete simple\nforms in English. \nExcellent communication skills\n\nPreferred\nPrefer High School diploma or general education degree (GED).\nOSHA Forklift certification\n\n

Targeted Pay Range:

$33.32 - $42.60\n\n
