An international agricultural products and services company, we handle agricultural commodities and have a diverse portfolio of products and businesses. **Summary** The **Electrical Planner** is responsible for coordinating and managing the electrical maintenance planning and scheduling requirements for our Chesapeake, VA facility. **Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities** + Schedule routine, preventive, and predictive electrical activities to ensure the maximum availability and longevity of assets + Provide technical planning and scheduling support for electrical activities + Develop, prepare, and distribute electrical management reports + Provide data and information for the budget preparation, tracking, and analysis + Perform trend and cost analysis for vendors and electrical projects + Ensure all work is completed in accordance with all Federal, State, and Local safety and environmental requirements **Minimum Education** + HS Diploma OR GED **_required_** + BS Degree (Information Technology, Industrial Technology, and Electronics) **_preferred_** **Experience Requirements** + 5 - 7 years of previous experience + Previous PLC experience + Understanding of standard software applications + Understanding of manufacturing technologies + Strong mechanical/electrical skills + Strong communication, math, organizational, and analytical skills **Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements** Able to move freely throughout the AgriBusiness facilities including climbing vertical heights (0 - 150'), exposure to extreme temperatures (0-100 Degrees Fahrenheit), humidity, (0 - 100%), noise (50db to 100db – hearing protection required) and chemicals (MSDS sheets available).
