**Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing facility in Washington, Pennsylvania. Our Electrical Maintenance Technicians are part of a highly skilled team that is critical to ensuring equipment and systems are fully operational for continuous production and to consistently meet production goals. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventive, predictive, and emergency electrical maintenance on a variety of electrical and electronic systems. + Troubleshoot and determine corrective action, installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of electrical and electronic systems. + Implement process improvements and methods that will increase effectiveness and efficiencies. + Use standard and specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to properly assess and troubleshoot issues. + Interpret electrical schematics, understand technical manuals, and follow written instructions. + Maintain accurate records of projects including machine assembly, start-up, and installation. + Participate in daily meetings, prioritizing and reviewing the daily schedule of work. + Operate forklifts, man lifts, cranes, etc. + Follow all safety practices and rules to ensure equipment is operating in a safe manner. **Essential Skills** + 2 years of industrial maintenance experience. + Experience working with motors, controls, power supplies, and AC/DC theory. + Experience working with power distribution, VFDs, and PLCs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical issues. + Ability to work in various plant areas/departments and environmental conditions (hot, cold, dirty, etc.). + Willingness to work at various heights and within some confined spaces. + Availability for overtime, including other shifts and weekends. **Why Work Here?** Employees receive comprehensive insurance coverage including medical, dental, and vision with no paycheck deductions. The facility operates on a rotating shift format, with shifts changing every week and typical workdays lasting 10-12 hours. Overtime is available after 8 hours of work per day. Shifts include a 1st shift starting at 6 AM, a 2nd shift starting at 2 PM, and a 3rd shift starting at 10 PM.
