**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician role is a 3rd shift position seeking an individual with 3+ years of industry experience or a degree equivalent. The Maintenance Technician will plan and perform a variety of duties to maintain, service, and repair plant machinery, electrical systems, and facilities. This includes a normal range of gas and arc welding, flame cutting, and fabrication operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Plan and perform maintenance, service, and repair duties on plant machinery, electrical systems, and facilities.
+ Conduct gas and arc welding, flame cutting, and fabrication operations.
+ Interpret wiring, installation, or blueprints.
+ Test and inspect pumps and associated devices.
+ Determine and trace the cause of problems (troubleshooting).
+ Perform routine maintenance and service duties.
+ Lubricate plant machinery and equipment.
+ Use measuring devices.
+ Perform PLC troubleshooting.
+ Repair electrical wiring according to schematics and blueprints.
**Essential Skills**
+ Troubleshooting
+ Electrical maintenance
+ Hydraulics
+ Pneumatics
+ Ability to interpret wiring and installation blueprints
+ Experience in using measuring devices, PLC troubleshooting, and reading schematics
+ 3+ years of experience in electrical maintenance
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with quality measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
+ PLC knowledge to some degree

**Work Environment**
This is a 3rd shift position in a work environment that may be dirty and involve being around copper and scrap. The role is based in two buildings, with the newer building featuring recently upgraded equipment.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Eminence, Kentucky.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $73840.00 - $76960.00/yr.
