**Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician - Pacific, MO** **$30-40/hr** **Day and Night Shift Available** **Job Description** The Maintenance Technician is a working position responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives. **Responsibilities** + Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities. + Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment. + Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. + Read schematics and blueprints. + Perform skills including but not limited to: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines. + Repair electronic instruments and electrical systems, PLCs, AC Drives. + Troubleshoot Allen Bradley, Omron, PLC Direct, and Siemens PLCs, including AC Drives. + Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. + Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments. + Organized and detail-oriented, must take a proactive approach to issue resolution including root cause analyses and error-proofing controls related to downtime. + Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties. + Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision. + Have basic SQF knowledge and understanding. + Adhere to all company Good Manufacturing Procedures. **Essential Skills** + Maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment. + Strong electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills. + Electrical troubleshooting experience; 480 volt and 3 phase motors. + Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics. + Hydraulic troubleshooting experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with mechanical and electrical maintenance. + Knowledge of preventive maintenance processes. + Ability to troubleshoot PLC systems and AC Drives. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy 3 weeks of PTO (pro-rated based on hire date) and great company benefits. The facility produces ice cream. Uniforms are provided, and employees must change if leaving the facility for a smoke break. The company offers 2 paid 12-minute breaks and 1 unpaid 30-minute lunch. No makeup, jewelry, or piercings are allowed except for a plain wedding band. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Pacific, Missouri. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $85280.00/yr.
