Responsibilities:
- Perform routine electrical maintenance and repairs on production machinery, equipment, and systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues in manufacturing equipment, including motors, controls, and wiring systems.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical components and wiring in accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
- Collaborate with the production team to diagnose and resolve electrical issues quickly and effectively.
- Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot and resolve control system problems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose and repair equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures when working with electrical systems and equipment.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including the use of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, as needed.

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, wiring, and controls.
- Experience working with PLCs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and motor control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC) and industrial electrical safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts or on-call as needed.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a technical diploma or certification in electrical systems or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as an Electrical Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or production environment.
