Volt is immediately hiring for Electrical Manufacturing Associate in Anaheim, CA. $24.00 - $25.00 per hour.

\r\n\r\n

As a Electrical Manufacturing Associate you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tOperate and maintain production machinery.\r\n\tTroubleshoot and resolve production problems.\r\n\tInspect and test products for quality.\r\n\tRecord production data and outcomes.\r\n\tInterpret assembly drawings and blueprints.\r\n\tAssemble and test products to quality standards.\r\n\tIdentify and address production issues.\r\n\tMonitor performance and make adjustments.\r\n\tFollow established production methods and safety protocols.\r\n\tCollaborate with a team to meet production targets.\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a full time opportunity.

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tIPC Solder certified\r\n\tElectrical/Technical\r\n\tClean room experience\r\n\tAssociate or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.\r\n\t3-5 years of production and manufacturing experience.\r\n\tPrior experience in manufacturing, assembly, testing, and production.\r\n\tExperience in electronic product manufacturing within an ISO9001 environment.\r\n\tAbility to learn various production processes and follow instructions and safety protocols.\r\n\tStrong verbal and written communication skills.\r\n\tExcellent analytical and detail-oriented skills.\r\n\tOrganized and capable of managing production components.\r\n\tFlexibility to adapt to changing conditions and a fast-paced environment.\r\n\tEffective time management skills.\r\n\tAbility to lift and move objects weighing 20-30 lbs.\r\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office and business application software (ERP, SAP, MRP, SaaS).\r\n\r\n\r\n

Pay Rate: $24-25/hour
