Electrical Product Engineering Manager

Job Description

Seeking a proactive Electrical Product Engineering Manager to provide technical leadership and guidance within our organization. This role involves contributing to the engineering strategy, developing and maintaining effective engineering processes to meet business goals and customer needs, and assigning and monitoring projects to ensure they are completed within technical, cost, and schedule constraints. You will also be responsible for personal development of your team through performance reviews, training, mentoring, and career development. The position entails leading strong engineering teams and mentoring new engineering leads to support business growth. Additionally, you will manage and guide projects from start through completion.
