This position reports to

LVS 3101 LPG Manager

Your role and responsibilities

You will be Mainly Accountable for:•Evaluating, selecting, and applying standard techniques and procedures to perform engineering assignments.•Providing technical support for testing, installation, and commissioning activities. •Preparing project documentation within one’s scope of deliverables.•Finalizing ‘fail-safe philosophy’, “secure-by-design principles”, and other key concepts as part of kick-off and design freeze meetings. •Participating in project meetings and resolves any outstanding technical issues to meet contractual obligations. •Assisting in preparing proposal / presentation of engineering projects/programs (provision of bills of materials, estimated engineering hours, etc.).•Applying basic design thinking / design for excellence concepts in projects. •Utilizing checklists to perform design verification according to applicable standards and engineering guidelines. •Contributing and shares experiences in workshops related to engineering design, tools, and processes. •Sharing best practices / lessons-learned documentation across different projects and disciplines.•Ensuring that Bill of Materials (BOM) for the project meets contractual obligations and project gross margin requirements, by not generating Project Left-Over Material (PLOM). •Identifying and implements variation requests to support contract claims based on the approval from project manager.•Coordinating with commissioning / service functions to ensure the designs are appropriately installed and commissioned and updates the engineering deliverables post installation and commissioning (if applicable as part of the contract).

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronics engineering. 2 to 5 years of experience in Project EngineeringGood computer skills (like excel, word, power point) and MS projects & ERP Systems
