Our client, a leading delivery partner with expertise spanning the entire lifecycle of Commercial, Life Sciences, and Healthcare projects, is actively looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Project Manager. With extensive experience in electrical engineering and project management, an Electrical Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and successful completion of electrical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within the budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Work closely with senior management and stakeholders to understand the electrical project requirements and be able to develop a comprehensive project plan to execute the project successfully.
Perform regular site visits to monitor project development and make necessary adjustments as needed ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
Oversee that all electrical activities comply with company HSE policies and procedures ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and subcontractors.
Prepare and maintain accurate and complete project documentation on project progress status, risks, and relevant issues ready for submission or review by senior management.
Degree/equivalent in Electrical Engineering/Project Management.
Significant years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager within construction with focus on Commercial, Life Sciences, and Healthcare projects.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
Ability to manage and develop an existing core cross-functional team.
Proven experience managing large-scale electrical construction projects.
Proficiency in Electrical Project Management software & tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
