The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical commercial construction and proven expertise in project management. Responsibilities + Assist in purchasing major packages + Provide engineering and layout + Schedule and monitor job progress with monthly cost to completes + Schedule manpower + Review and process submittals + Price and negotiate change orders + Serve as Project Safety Administrator Essential Skills + 5-10+ years working as an electrical project manager + Experience in fit out or ground up electrical commercial construction (life science, education, data centers, hospitals) + Proficient in using Accubid to perform estimates, change orders, RFIs, bidding, switchgear, life science, and medium voltage Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong project management skills + Background in electrical construction and estimation + Experience in commercial construction + Ability to work with high-profile clients Work Environment The role is based in a brand new office building with a fun environment.
