Job Description Schedule: Typical M-F 8-5 w occasional weekend 6 month contract with potential for extension based on project, OR conversion to FTE based on pipeline! Per Diem for food & living expenses - If candidate finds short term lease for an apartment or hotel, ABM will pay for it. - Weekly coordination with customers schedule and ABM labor/subcontractors. ABM Project PM/Sr. PM will assist with coordination. - Daily accomplishment tracker as a follow up to the daily schedule. Work with ABM Site Foreman. - Attend site meetings. Track questions/needs and customer communication for job record. - Work with PM/Sr. PM/Sales on change orders - Ensures that the data center specific electrical acceptance testing project is on budget and on schedule in accordance with established quality standards and procedures.
