Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.Team Management: Supervise and provide guidance to project teams, including electricians, subcontractors, and other personnel. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.Site Management: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations. Address any issues or challenges that arise on-site promptly and effectively.Risk Management:Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure project continuity.Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards, codes, and regulations. Conduct inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Provide regular updates and reports on project status, addressing any concerns or queries.Documentation and Reporting: Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, permits, and progress reports. Prepare and present detailed project status reports to senior management and clients.Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient resource management practices.Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations. Conduct safety training and ensure all team members are aware of and follow safety guidelines.Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management, preferably with an electrical subcontractor. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations. Proficiency in project management software and tools.Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.Licenses: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
