We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical PM/Estimator to join our team. This position is responsible for providing accurate estimates, managing projects, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Conducting risk analysis and making decisions accordinglyCreating and distributing project documents to stakeholdersEstimating project costs and preparing accurate project bidsManaging projects by developing project plans and tracking progressCollaborating with team members to ensure projects meet deadlines and are completed on time and within budgetUtilizing software such as Bluebeam, Conest Intellibid, Building Connected, and NEC to accurately estimate projects

Qualifications include:

5+ years of experience in electrical project management or estimating in the commercial or industrial spaceStrong knowledge of electrical codes and regulationsProficiency in software such as Bluebeam, Conest Intellibid, Building Connected, and NEC (not all required)Strong problem solving and decision making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and effectively in a team environment
