Electrical/Automation Proposal Engineer   Responsibilities   * Produce detailed technical specifications and estimates from RFQ's * Review and interpret electrical documents and schematic drawings * Manage vendor pricing * Create accurate cost estimates from start to finish * Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits * Create clearly written proposals * Handle contract and scope review * Maintain good client relationships   Education/Experience   * Minimum 3 years experience in industrial estimating or relevant engineering experience * Experience in machine design with understanding of automated systems * Proficiency in MS Office * AutoCAD is a plus * Field service and system commissioning is a plus
