The Electrical Service and Building Automation Service Sales Manager is committed to promoting Siemens strong market position for delivering smart building technology to help our customers create outstanding experiences for their customers. As an Electrical Service and Building Automation Service Sales Manager you will:
Promote team selling and expansion of existing relationships across divisions and/or geographic areas. Act as a resource to sales employees regarding our products, applications, and services; support the sales process through all phases, including job turnover and implementation. Communicate goals, provide mentoring to develop skills, lead employee performance, and conduct performance appraisals and coach sellers to strategically assess customer needs and identify customer buying priorities. Review bids to ensure accuracy to meet company and customer objectives. Assist employees in setting margins, identifying resources, assessing future business, and establishing executive-level relationships with targeted contractors and customers. Network with field organization, headquarters, and other Siemens divisions to gain knowledge of offerings, share knowledge with your team and other employees, and develop sales forecasts and provide input to sales targets. Assist the sales team in identifying market opportunities; develop strategies to improve impact to the company. Participate in development of long-range sales planning and growth strategies. Articulate and drive our digitalization strategy, remote services, and big data analytics and maintain trade contacts and participate in industry association functions. Travel overnight 10% on average for training and business development.You will make an impact with these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or state-recognized GED 7+ years of electric building power system service, commercial HVAC systems, or building automation sales experience Must be able to demonstrate: Technical proficiency in application of commercial HVAC systems, building automation systems, or electric building power systemsAbility to interpret job specifications and drawings to coach service sellers in developing winning strategies Working knowledge and understanding of end-user service sales agreementsOrganizational, presentation, and negotiation skills Verbal and written communication skills in English Experience with Microsoft Office suite Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorshipPreferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management experience in the construction industry Proficiency with Salesforce CRMYou’ll benefit from:

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
