Electrical Superintendent

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical systems installation and maintenance for commercial and industrial construction projects. The primary focus of this role is to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage electrical teams to ensure successful project completionCollaborate with project managers to develop and execute project plansEnsure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and safety regulationsPerform inspections and quality control checksTroubleshoot electrical systems and provide solutions to issuesCommunicate project status to stakeholders and address any concernsMaintain compliance with all applicable codes and standards

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent in commercial and industrial construction projectsThorough understanding of electrical systems, MEP, NEC, and voltsMaster Electrician or Journeyman Electrician license preferredExperience in Retail, Municipal, Public Works, Federal, Construction, Healthcare, Medical, Educational, Higher Ed, K-12, Hospitality, Hotel, Ground-Up, Addition, and Renovation projectsKnowledge of DoD, Department of Defense, USACE, NAVFAC regulations and proceduresStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and problem-solving skills
