Traveling Electrical Superintendent
Contract to Hire: Full-time, W2 contract
position through Actalent, supporting Wachter . (PTO, Holiday pay, health
benefit plans available).
Scope:
Will be main on-site superintendent. Will have 2 leads/foreman reporting to this individual. Working on mostly industrial upgrades (Goodyear, Food/Bev, grain elevators, mining etc)Oversee multiple crews on major projects Manage material procurement and requisition needs Establish workflows and sequences to ensure projects remain on track Enforce safety regulations and foster a culture of workplace safetyBelt on when neededStart date: Immediately
Pay range: $40-$42/hour
Per Diem: ($125/day for 7 days pending on location)some mob/de-mob costJob Description
As an Electrical Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of
field operations in our national industrial group. This position will primarily
focus on upgrades to industrial manufacturing facilities, including but not
limited to food/beverage, ethanol, manufacturing, mining, and similar
industries. Key tasks include project takeoffs, reviewing set of prints,
completing look ahead schedules, managing material ordering, and working
closely with the foreman to manage crews and pull schedules. You will be the
primary on-site superintendent, overseeing two leads/foreman. In addition, you
will enforce safety regulations and foster a culture of workplace safety.

Qualifications
Journeyman or master electrician license Experience on at least 1 project as lead foreman or superintendentNeeds 1 project on industrial job site (instrumentation, pull schedules, conduit runs)Strong computer skills with MS SuitWork Environment
This role involves extensive field work with
frequent travel across the south. You will be working on industrial upgrades
for various industries such as Goodyear, Food/Beverage, grain elevators, mining
etc. You will have the opportunity to oversee multiple crews on major projects,
manage material procurement and requisition needs, establish workflows, and
ensure projects remain on track. You will also be required to enforce safety
regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety.
