Job Description - Oversee daily work activities and ensure efficient workflow. - Provide training and leadership to work personnel. - Handle material orders and conduct material take-offs. - Monitor manpower usage and provide management with forecasts. - Instruct on-site personnel in best practices and installation techniques. - Maintain clear and effective communication with clients. - Act as the first line of defense for on-site safety. - Collaborate with the manager to provide schedule updates. - Inform management of potential change orders and delays.
