Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, specifically in data centers, industrial settings, and power plants. This position will require strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to oversee multiple projects and teams simultaneously. The Electrical Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all electrical aspects of construction projects, from planning to execution, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project timelines. This role will also require strong communication and organizational skills to effectively coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all electrical aspects of construction projects, from planning to executionEnsure compliance with safety regulations and project timelinesCoordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholdersSupervise and lead a team of electricians on project sitesMonitor and maintain project budget and resourcesReview and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and other technical documentsTroubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that may arise on siteEnsure all work is completed according to industry standards and codesMaintain accurate project documentation and reports

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years' experience working as an Electrical Superintendent in the construction industryStrong knowledge of electrical systems, data centers, industrial settings, and power plantsProven leadership experience and ability to manage and supervise a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical documentsFamiliarity with industry safety regulations and codesProficient in Microsoft Office and project management softwareAbility to multitask and manage multiple projects and teams simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
