Frontier-Kemper Constructors is the general contractor for the Kensico-Eastview Connection Tunnel Project. The scope of the approximately $1.1 billion contract entails the construction of a new deep rock tunnel between the Kensico Reservoir and the Catskill/Delaware Ultraviolet (CDUV) Light Disinfection Facility, both in Westchester County, New York. The new tunnel will provide an additional means of conveying water between the Kensico Reservoir and the CDUV Facility, enhancing operational resiliency and redundancy for New York City’s water supply system. **_Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent_** **DESCRIPTION:** As a **Electrical Superintendent** at Frontier-Kemper, reporting to the **General Superintendent,** you will have the opportunity to: + Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising all electrical work + Assume responsibility for the productivity of electrical subcontractors, efficient use of materials & equipment, and contractual performance of the project. + Provide technical assistance, i.e., interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment, etc., for installation of new electrical, fire alarm and communication systems. + Assist project management in developing and implementing phased work plans including temporary and permanent work to minimize impact to the base. + Experience with plans and equipment layout including large amperage switchgears, transformers, and panels. + Implementing and maintaining Site Specific Safety Plan. + Implementing and maintaining Project Quality Control Plan. **REQUIREMENTS:** + Licensed Electrician or Supervision of Electricians + Experience with projects including medium/low voltage electrical distribution construction in excess of $10MM. + 5+ years of electrical supervision experience required. + Thorough knowledge of all aspects of electrical construction (electrical code, equipment, methods); craft agreements, jurisdiction and safety required. + Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills are essential. ~Expected salary range for this position is $200,000 – $260,000 depending upon experience~ *****NO STAFFING AGENCY CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION***** **_Frontier-Kemper builds extraordinary projects, and we need exceptional talent.
