Electrical Superintendent - North Slope, AK - Rotational

**Job Description**
Supervise and coordinate all electrical construction projects and responsible for overseeing the day-to-day project activities. The Superintendent works closely with other company leadership and line level personnel to ensure projects are ran safe and efficiently.
**Responsibilities**
+ Supervise construction activities at various job sites.
+ Responsible for site organization and accountability of project deadlines.
+ Management of overall project scope and work crews.
+ Reports on employee performance, working conditions and productivity.
+ Ensures safety equipment is available and maintains safe working conditions on a job site.
+ Monitors employees to ensure they are compliant with both federal safety mandates and safety regulations established by the company or organization.
+ Verifies workers are using provided safety gear, and inspects the job sites to identify and correct possible safety hazards.
+ Responsible for maintaining quality of work produced by employees.
+ Performs activities of workers supervised on an as needed basis.
+ This position has supervisory responsibilities.
+ Provides estimating support for smaller maintenance projects
+ Other duties that are pertinent to the department or unit’s success also may be assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent or ten (10) years directly related Electrical Superintendent experience will be considered.
+ Minimum five (5) year directly related Electrical Superintendent experience in the construction industry required.
+ Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Must bring own tools to the project site. A list of tools will be provided at the time of hire.
+ Must work on own tools. Must be willing to perform related labor and electrical duties alongside to complete projects on time.
+ Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years to be eligible under company vehicle insurance policy preferred.

The employee must frequently carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and taste or smell. Steel toed boots required on the job.
