Electrical Supervisor- Germany 

To €80,000 DOE + Excellent Rotation + Living Allowance + Accommodation   

We are assisting a leading Construction & Engineering contractor in Europe, delivering complex projects across various sectors that exceed client expectations, contribute to community development, and uphold the values of integrity, innovation, and excellence. The company is now looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor. As an Electrical Supervisor you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems including managing a team of electricians and ensuring that all electrical work complies with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.  

Key Responsibilities & Requirements: 

Supervise & lead electrical teams & workers assigning tasks, providing direction, and monitoring the performance of team members. 

Plan and schedule electrical works to ensure timely completion of projects, working closely with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors to integrate electrical work with other project activities. 

Review electrical plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements. 

Oversee the installation of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and control systems ensuring proper maintenance and installation of electrical systems to prevent downtime and extend equipment life. 

Conduct tests and inspections to verify that electrical installations meet safety and performance standards implementing quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship. 

Ensure all electrical work complies with electrical codes and regulations ensuring health and safety policies and procedures. 

Prepare accurate records of electrical works, including installation, maintenance, and repair activities ensuring accessibility for review by project managers and regulatory authorities. 

Participate in meetings, reviews, planning, and coordination. 

5+ years’ trade background in supervising large installation crews and subcontractors. 

Good technical knowledge of electrical & mechanical systems. 

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. 

Proficiency in using electrical tools and testing equipment. 

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
